Kroger Community Rewards Makes Giving Easy

Participating in Kroger’s Community Rewards program doesn’t cost you a dime, but purchases will not count until you register your card.

The Kroger Community Rewards program allows customers to use their Kroger Plus Card to earn money for their favorite nonprofit organization. All you have to do is register your Kroger Plus Card online at Kroger Community Rewards, search for Hospice Care Plus, and enroll.

Then, every time you shop at Kroger and use your Plus Card, our care programs will receive a donation. It’s that simple!

There is no cost to you, and online enrollment is easy.

Instructions to support Hospice Care Plus

Before you get started, you’ll need a Kroger Plus shopper’s card. If you don’t have one, you can pick one up at the Customer Service Desk (or ask the teller) the next time you visit Kroger.

If you use your phone number at the register (instead of your card), call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number.

  • Go to Kroger Community Rewards
  • Scroll down to click on the box that says “Link Your Shopper’s Card.”
  • Sign into (or create) your digital account.
  • Search for “Hospice Care Plus” in the list of local nonprofits, or enter our NPO number, VK272.
  • Click the blue “Enroll” button underneath our name.
  • To verify that you are enrolled correctly, look for Hospice Care Plus on the right side of your information page.

If you have any trouble signing up, our development team is happy to assist you. Call 859-986-1500 and ask for Stefanie Manes or Melanie Hacker.

For each purchase to count, you must swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number related to it when shopping.

Congratulations! Now, every time you use your Kroger Plus Card, you will be supporting our care programs.
