Hospice Care Plus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. Contributions are tax deductible and may be made in the form of a check, cash, credit card, money order, in-kind donation or through planned giving.
Non-designated gifts to Hospice Care Plus go toward the General Fund, which provides an umbrella of support for all Hospice initiatives. However, gifts may also be designated to a certain area or program. Support from the community allows us to continue providing care and services within the communities served. Other areas of support include the Compassionate Care Center, Palliative Care Program, Bereavement Services, Home at Last, or Special Needs Fund.
