Be a part of our caring community.

We rely on you.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our community of donors, volunteers, and partners to help ensure individuals and families facing serious and advanced illness receive the support they need.

Community support makes it possible to provide services beyond those covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. This includes grief and loss support, caregiver support, outreach and education programs, special wishes, and charitable care for all, even those who may be underinsured.

Explore the many ways you can make a difference and be part of our caring community.

Donations

Whether through a one-time gift, recurring donation, sponsorship, planned gift, in-kind contribution, support of our Memorial Walkway, or a tribute on our Veterans Memorial Wall, your generosity helps make compassionate care possible.

Your support helps ensure we can provide care, comfort, and support to all who qualify for our services, including those who may be uninsured or underinsured.

Volunteer

Our compassionate volunteers make a difference in countless ways, from supporting patients and families in their homes to assisting with administrative tasks and greeting guests at the Compassionate Care Center, to helping with outreach efforts behind the scenes.

Whether you can give a few hours each month or share a specialized skill, there is a place for you to make an impact.

Host an Event

Community fundraising events are a great way to bring people together while supporting compassionate care.

From golf scrambles and car shows to lemonade stands and garage sales, every event helps raise funds, increase awareness, and support patients and families throughout our community.

Hosting a community fundraiser is a great way to support our work.

Attend an Event

By attending fundraisers, you help fund our mission of providing care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Keep up with our scheduled events by following us on Facebook, or sign up to our Upcoming Events Mailing List.

Anyone can host a fundraising event.

Did you know many of the events held to raise funds for hospice are put on by community volunteers like you? They can range from lemonade stands to sports tournaments.

If you want to host an event, but aren’t sure where to start, we can help! We have resources for planning that you can find on our Host an Event page.

Shop to give.

Whether shopping for groceries or on Amazon, you can support our mission while you shop. Consider adding an item from our Amazon Wish List to your cart, or enroll in a charity program with one of our partners.

Amazon Wish List.

We keep an updated Amazon Wish List highlighting special needs for our patients and families, like medical supplies and comfort items. You can also help stock the hospitality cart at the Compassionate Care Center so families who do not wish to leave their loved ones can find a quick meal. Amazon will deliver your order right to our door.

Supporting Our Community

Our compassionate and talented volunteers are an integral part of our team. They make an impact in the community we serve in a wide variety of ways, from supporting families in homes to helping with administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Our volunteers help plan and conduct fundraising events that support all of our programs. No amount of time and skill is too small.

There are many ways to give. No matter which you choose, your generosity will make a difference to those we serve.

Help Us Raise Awareness

Many members of our community are unaware of the care and services available to them through their Medicare hospice benefit or our donor-supported programs.

Spread the word (and stay in the know) by following and sharing our social media posts. Social media sites like Facebook may be the place where many discover much-needed help for their loved ones and themselves. One click can make a world of difference.
