Our staff value our interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach to delivering care and to meeting the needs of the organization. In patient care, staff function as part of an IDT of caring, committed professionals who support each other as they provide care and grief support.

On the administrative side, our teams are motivated by their role in meeting our mission and working together to support patients and families indirectly.

Nursing & Nursing Assistants

We are always interested in hearing from nurses and nursing assistants who feel called to hospice and palliative care. Nursing in the hospice environment is unique: you will enjoy a level of respect, autonomy, and flexibility that is unrivaled in healthcare. Most importantly, you are empowered to prioritize time with your patients and families.

Nursing assistants have a very high retention rate in the hospice field, in part because you develop such close, rewarding relationships with patients and families.

Social Workers & Chaplains

Psychosocial and spiritual care are key components of our interdisciplinary model. They are essential to coordinating resources, advance care planning, and helping those we care for define what gives them hope, meaning, and purpose.

As with all team members, they help build confidence in and offer reassurance to family caregivers. In addition, social workers and chaplains help meet the bereavement needs of patients and families from the moment patients are admitted into our care.
