Karaoke Fundraiser at Purdy’s on June 11

For hospice patient Don Ray, this fundraiser is a bucket-list wish. Help make his dream come true by visiting Purdy’s on June 11 at 7pm.

Mr. Don Ray, a Hospice Care Plus patient, has a bucket-list wish. And, amazingly, that bucket-list wish is to do something for someone else.

He has asked if he can do a small fundraiser for Hospice Care Plus, because he wants to give something back to the people caring for him and for others.

So, with Hospice’s help, Mr. Ray is hosting a special fundraiser on Thursday, June 11, at 7 PM at Purdy’s Coffee Shop in Richmond.

The event, titled “One Voice – One Life: A Karaoke Night at Purdy’s,” is free and open to the public. Purdy’s will donate 15% of sales that evening to Hospice Care Plus. Also, for a donation of any size, guests can sing karaoke using Mr. Ray’s cutting-edge system and selection of music.

Mr. Ray and his family will all be there, enjoying the music and, we hope, a few songs from Mr. Ray himself.

For questions for more information, contact Julie at Hospice Care Plus at 859-986-1500 or 800-806-5492.
