Gift A Day Of Care in 2025

Every Day Is a Gift at Hospice Care Plus. We have spent 43 years fulfilling our mission of providing compassionate care that helps make each day matter. Today, we invite you to be part of this mission by giving to our Gift A Day of Care: The $225 in 2025 giving campaign.

At Hospice Care Plus, our goal has always been to bring comfort, dignity, and support to our patients and their families.” says Lisa Cox, Hospice Care Plus CEO. “When I think about our patients and families, I imagine the comfort of a loved one spending a day surrounded by the people they cherish, with every need thoughtfully attended to, enjoying the big and little moments and cherishing their time together.

What Your Gift Means

“Donors often ask how their gift truly makes a difference, and the answer is simple.” says Jenny Niece, Director of Community Engagement, Hospice Care Plus “Donor support provides comfort, dignity, and peace. The ‘Gift A Day of Care’ campaign allows our community to play a vital role in our mission, ensuring that each patient, even those who may be underinsured, receives compassionate, patient-centered care.

By contributing to our Gift A Day Of Care giving campaign, you’ll be supporting our dedicated team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers who provide compassionate end-of-life care. Whether in the patient’s home or at our Compassionate Care Center, your generosity allows families to focus on the most important gift of all—the time they have together. The goal of our “Gift A Day of Care: The $225 in 2025” giving campaign is to secure 2,025 donations of $225 in 2025. Can you help us reach this goal?

How Your Gift Helps

With each gift of $225 will directly cover a full day of care for one hospice patient. That means pain relief, emotional support, and guidance for families during one of life’s most tender moments.
✅ Expert pain and symptom management
✅ Emotional and spiritual support for patients and families
✅ Peace of mind, knowing a caring team is by their side

More Than Care—A Lifeline for Families

Caroyln's family is grateful for the care she recieved at Hospice Care Plus

Supporting the Gift A Day of Care campaign also makes a difference for the families and caregivers of our hospice patients. For Carolyn’s daughter Lynn, she wanted to ensure that her mother’s needs were taken care of, and while doing so, she unexpectedly found herself also receiving emotional support which she hadn’t anticipated.

“The care team didn’t just take care of my mom—they took care of me. Their kindness, guidance, and emotional support helped me through some of the hardest days of my life. I’ll never forget what they did for us.”Lynn

Your donation ensures that hospice patients receive the care, comfort, and dignity they deserve. We hope you’ll join us in making every day a gift at Hospice Car Plus. Once you make a donation to our Gift A Day Of Care campaign, we invite you to help us spread the word by tagging Hospice Care Plus on your social media platforms and using #giftadayofcare2025.
