Memory WalkThank you for considering a donation. Your gift helps ensure a high standard of compassionate, expert, end-of-life care and grief support for citizens in our six-county service area. Donations are tax-deductible, and also help us provide care regardless of ability to pay.

You may donate online through our secure partnership with PayPal, mail your gift to our Central Office, or give a gift over the phone to us at 859-986-1500. Before proceeding with an online gift, please note the following:

Memorial Gifts & Notifications: If this is a memorial gift, please be sure to use the box labeled “Memorials, Notifications, Designations.” You will not see this box until you indicate your donation amount and proceed to the next step in the online donation process. When you reach the memorial box, you may type the full name of the person in whose memory you are making the gift. You may also tell us the names and complete addresses of those to whom you would like us to send notification of your memorial gift.

Designating Your Gift: If you wish to designate that your online donation be used for a specific program, please use the “Memorial, Notifications, Designations” box. See the instructions above. Simply use the box to tell us which program or county you wish to donate to: General Fund, Compassionate Care Center, Palliative Care Plus, or Bereavement Outreach. County options are Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley and Rockcastle.
